Supply Planner

* Position will be part of Germany & Austria BU role reporting to Senior Supply Chain Manager
* Position will be responsible for the inventory level & replenishment for the German & Austrian Market
* This person will ensure the Supply planning process with very close collaboration to the demand & allocation planning, Commercialization, and the customer service & Masterdata team
* He/she will have a Interface with Glasgow Reg Supply Network Planning Team, with the OUs worldwide (especially Spain, Scotland, Japan, Ireland and the US) and with Third Party Logistic Players
Role Responsibilities
* Sets priorities in relation to the planning cycle, ensuring that key stakeholders deliver all inputs at the correct level of detail and time horizon.
* Demonstrates technical expertise with the ability to help and support the SNP community to monitor, analyses and adjusts the key parameters in the planning systems to build and improve overall supply plan.
* Uses APO-SNP and linked alert monitor to create and release an SNP plan (considering constraints) to allow OU to perform detailed production planning, deployment and TLB to create replenishment plan.
* Updates APO / MRP parameters to ensure plans are consistent with defined SNP policy.
* Reviews forecast consumption to ensure stock is managed appropriately and identifies potential service risks through OOS, developing action plans as necessary to mitigate risk and prevent reoccurrences.
* Participates in supply reviews to identify and manage issues and risks, escalating as appropriate for resolution.
* Ensuring effective communication of a rolling 18 - 24-month supply plan to Global operations.
* Ensures join-up within all aspects of the Demand, Supply Network and Operation Planning to provide a clear reflection of supply capabilities and constraints to drive and support business.
* Supports the delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with external and internal partners.
* Align supply plan to demand signal and identifies risks that may affect our ability to meet customer demand or drive adverse cost
Qualifications
* University degree, BS/BA or equivalent
* At least 1 year of work experience in supply chain, finance or commercial in a cross functional international environment
* Experience in preparing presentations for and presenting to a multinational audience
* SAP skills highly valuable
* Very good MS Office skills
* Fluent in written and spoken in English
