We search for a Director Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply operations from the Munich site, driving performance, innovation, and customer satisfaction across sourcing, planning, and delivery across 12+ sites and a strong investment focus on digital and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing supply chain organization from sourcing to customer delivery Develop and execute inventory, demand, and supply allocation strategies through formalized S&OP Optimize purchasing, inventory, and materials management to meet cost and quality targets Lead supplier risk assessments and drive cost-effective, high-quality partnerships Align team performance with broader business goals and foster a culture of accountability Use SAP and data-driven insights to forecast trends and guide purchasing decisions Champion continuous improvement using lean methodologies and digital tools Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and resolve inventory discrepancies Your Profile 10+ years in supply chain, with 3+ years in leadership roles Strong background in planning, logistics, and customer service Proven experience with ERP systems, especially SAP Pharma industry experience preferred; regulated sectors like food or chemicals also valued Excellent communication and leadership skills Fluent English required; German a strong advantage Why Join?
