The Technical Inside Sales - Medical – DACH is responsible for the support of field sales efforts in achieving their territory and market business plans by handling customer inquiries and providing product and technical support. This position reports to the Pall Medical EMEA Zone & Inside Sales Leader and is part of the Pall Medical team located in Dreieich and will be an on-site role to cover DACH region and Europe What you will do: You will report to the Medical Technical Inside Sales Leader for EMEA and will be dealing with tasks including technical quotations and liaising with Pall Medical customers and sales and marketing associates. Support field sales efforts in achieving their territory and market business plans by handling customer inquiries and providing product and technical support. Provide prompt response including quotes, technical advice, and guidance in a timely manner. Manage pre-agreed category C & D customers. Support effective follow-up activity to nurture opportunities with relevance and a straightforward approach that invites ongoing collaboration. Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in CRM. Engage clients and prospects via phone and emails to identify sales opportunities for immediate closure, funnel placement, or assignment for the development and growth business. Prepare weekly and Monthly Activity Reports to assess territory and market conditions. Suggest and implement improvements to increase sales effectiveness and administration processes Who you are: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degrees (would normally include Biochemistry, Chemistry or Biosciences degree) or 2 years experience in sales, marketing, project management, or technical inside sales (TIS) with scientific background Good spoken & written English Facile with computer and digital skills (able to conduct data entry to capture prospect / lead / customer contact information) Thinks through and analyzes complex problems, challenges, and drives to root cause Builds and maintains good working relationships with peers and supervisors; works collaboratively. Demonstrate initiative and drive for continuous improvement Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Willingness to travel: Up to 10% travel within Europe, including overnight stays within the assigned territory or locations, to attend trade shows, customer visits, and sales meetings. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
