Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
* Develop and implement a regional strategy aligned with global objectives.
* Lead annual budgeting and performance planning across key metrics including portfolio growth, talent development, product launches, and compliance.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
* Full P&L ownership for the DACH region.
* Build agile commercial structures, including field force optimization and CRM-driven sales processes.
* Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations.
Market Development & Growth
* Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and IP landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
* Lead product launches and business development initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Represent the DACH region externally with customers, authorities, and community stakeholders.
* Actively contribute to regional leadership alignment and operational synergies.
People Leadership
* Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team.

Qualifications
Educational Background
* University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Industry Experience
* Extensive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical sector, ideally spanning both commercial and operational domains.
* Deep understanding of the healthcare systems in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Language Proficiency
* Fluency in German and English is essential for effective cross-border collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
