Yourtaskswouldinclude:
1. Supporting the GEA Academy team in day-to-day operations at an international level for 16-20 hours per week
2. Working on diverse projects and being a full-fledged member of the team
3. Taking on independent responsibilities in organizing and administrating training
4. Assisting in planning, creating, and implementing each year’s training courses and materials for corporate training
5. Working with our Learning Management System to maintain the learning catalog and managing the end-to-end registration and participation process and maintaining learning histories
6. Supporting the creation of e-learnings
7. Handling Learning & Development inquiries and communications with all Academy participants
8. Operational and administrative tasks are part of your role
Your Profile / Qualifications
9. You are studying Adult Education,Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
10. You are open-minded, motivated, want to gain practical experience, and develop yourself further
11. You demonstrate a high degree of independence and responsibility for assigned tasks
12. You have a precise, independent, and proactive working style with high quality standards
13. Ideally, you already have some experience in Learning & Development
14. Long-term availability (more than 1 year as a working student)
15. Very good Microsoft Office skills and an affinity for working with systems (Learning Management System, Ticketing System such as ServiceNow, Articulate)
16. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
