Coders Connect is supporting a high-growth European SaaS company as they expand their commercial footprint across the DACH region. They’re now hiring Business Development Representatives to fuel top-of-funnel activity and support sales success.

💼 What you’ll do
* Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers across the DACH region
* Drive outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and social selling
* Engage senior stakeholders and understand their finance-related pain points
* Convert inbound interest into sales-qualified leads
* Collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline and support meetings
* Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM

* Fluent German and strong English
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, target-driven mindset
* Previous experience in sales, customer support, or any fast-paced commercial setting
* Natural curiosity and coachability
* Comfortable making cold calls and working independently
* Well-organised with strong follow-through
