Your tasks
9. Enabling maximum performance for the individual teams, removing obstacles and ensuring a high level of discipline and consistency in the agile way of working is the responsibility of one Scrum Master per 2 teams. In addition, the Scrum Master leads the team through the change and ensures that a collaborative and cooperative team structure is established.
10. In order to enable a short-term start of a pilot, we are looking for experienced Scrum Masters / Team Coaches to professionally support these pilots for a period of 12 months. Experience in working according to the SAFe framework is required.
11. In SAFe, the Scrum Master/Team Coach (SM/TC) supports the team in achieving their delivery goals. They coach teams on self-organization and self-management and help them coordinate and participate in Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to increase the effectiveness of SAFe across the organization. SAFe SM/TCs are integral members of an agile team and share responsibility with the team for its overall performance.

Your profile
22. Academic degree advantageous
23. Certification as Scrum Master is required
24. SAFe certification is mandatory
25. Professional experience: several years, in scaled agile work
26. Professional experience at least 3 years in Germany
27. Business fluent English and German language skills are a must
