Cash management product management in UniCredit involves overseeing the development and improvement of cash management solutions for clients. Product managers analyze market needs, collaborate with teams, and ensure successful product launches, aiming to deliver efficient and innovative cash management products that enhance the digital customer journey / experience and drive revenue growth.
What you'll be doing
* Immerse yourself in the captivating world of cash management product development Support from experienced colleagues and a dedicated mentor to drive your professional and personal development
* Digitalization and Digital Banking, experience the future of the financial industry and actively shape it
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technology departments to ensure a smooth launch of new products
* Get actively involved in brainstorming sessions and workshops to inspire creativity and strategic thinking
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary and international teams to turn creative ideas into reality
What you'll need to succeed
* Ambitious matriculated student of economics, finance, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, computer science, social sciences, psychology, or a similar course of study
* Curiosity and passion to help shape the future of financial products
* Analytical skills and a structured approach to developing and optimizing cash management products
* Independent and out-of-the-box thinker who embraces challenges and actively seeks opportunities to contribute to digitalization
* Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
* Experience in financial services or product management is an advantage, but talented newcomers are also welcome
* English mandatory, German desirable but not a requirement
