Tasks
* Advise and collaborate with internal departments to identify system requirements and drive process optimisation initiatives in QM
* Design and implement efficient SAP solutions in partnership with international stakeholders
* Lead detailed solution design, system configuration, integration testing, and documentation within operational modules
* Support and coordinate global system rollouts across multiple locations
* Train and support key users and end users, providing advanced-level application support
* Analyse system issues, and ensure timely resolution
