Your tasks with us
* Responsibility for IT contract management (including cloud, SaaS, software, hardware and license contracts) & monitoring (commercial) over the entire lifecycle and the associated tasks
* Implementation of IT controlling and IT auditing
* Supporting business planning and reporting for Group IT
* Execution and further development of internal service processes, including controlling the recording, checking and approval of internal services
* Establishing the role at the interface between Group controlling, IT portfolio management and IT procurement
Who we are looking for
* University degree (diploma/master's/bachelor's degree) in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study or equivalent training
* Ideally experience in IT controlling/contract & license management; confident in dealing with KPIs, budgets and IT contracts
* Understanding of SAM processes (commercial perspective) and their integration with technology & law
* Ideally experience in SAP FI/CO/MM, M365, SharePoint and SAM tools
* Certificates in ITIL, Software Asset Management, SCRUM, ISOare desirable
* High motivation and initiative as well as the willingness to familiarize yourself with new tasks independently
* Very good analytical and conceptual skills, strong social and communication skills
* Experience in project management
