We are looking for someone with key skills and able to perform the following roles & responsibilities :-
Role Title System Requirements Engineer
This Role adds value by.. .
gathering and managing requirements in a change-controlled environment, for the life of the programme, in-line with the ASPICE® compliant Client engineering processes for eDrive and AWD systems. Ensures traceability to stakeholder requirements and between (sub)-system requirements.
1 Apply reuse strategy through managing concerned requirements
2 Execute System Requirements Analysis
3 Lead reviews across domains (SWE, HWE, MEE) concerning system requirements and ensure alignment
with system architectural specification
4 Report requirement analysis status (baseline, dashboards, queries and metrics)
5 Support Lead Systems Engineer in planning and product release
6 Support System Test Manager in planning for integration and qualification test
7 Analyse System Requirements
8 Create and update the requirements specification for eDrive and AWD systems
9 Create baseline, dashboards, reports, queries and metrics
10 Ensure alignment with system architectural specification
11 Ensure quality of the System Requirements Specification as well as the Subsystem Requirements
Specifications, including SWE requirements for FASW
12 Establish bidirectional traceability between stakeholder requirements and system requirements in
Requirements Management Tool, including SWE requirements for FASW
13 Execute change management for requirements changes
14 Identify and analyse System Requirements via use cases and in line with system architectural design
15 Identify System Requirements
16 Support configuration management and requirements elicitation
17 Support winning new business (analysis of RFI / RFQ and compliance)
18 Transform the defined stakeholder requirements into a set of system requirements that will guide the design of the system, including SWE requirements for FASW
Essential Qualifications & Experience
3 years of experience as i.e. System Requirements Engineer or similar
1 year of experience in analyzing requirements
1 year of experience as Test / Calibration Engineer or similar
Degree: Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics) / Bachelor in Physics or similar
Training: Requirements engineering fundamentals i.e. IREB® Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering -
