Job Requirements:
Responsible for overseeing all sales activities in assigned territory promoting Industrial Filtration Products (Filter Bags & Roll Goods). Responsible for budget preparation, forecasting, opportunity tracking in CRM and selling exploring new markets for growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Is responsible for overseeing all activities relating to the sales of Alkegen filtration products.
2. Maintain strong customer relations with end users and OEM’s in assigned territory.
3. Assures that Customers are visited on a regular or needed basis and track face to face visits.
4. Target 40 to 50% travel.
5. Prepare Call Reports after each customer visit.
6. Track all opportunities in CRM (Dynamics) and update status weekly.
7. Assures that Alkegen’s market image is properly represented with the appropriate attendance of Trade Shows, Conferences, Panel Discussions, and etc.
8. Develop Key Account Plans with major customers.
9. Assist with preparation of the annual budget and provide monthly forecasting
10. Track sales progress versus annual sales walk business plan.
11. Oversees the development and maintenance of pricing strategies and product Price Lists per Corporate Pricing Policy.
12. Assist financial department in collection of late receivables.
Qualifications/ Experience:
13. 4-year College Degree, BS
14. 5+ years of Industrial Filtration Sales Experience
15. Spreadsheet Knowledge (e.g., Lotus, Excel), Analytical Ability, Variance Analysis.
16. Excellent problem-solving skills, oral/written skills.
17. Be a team player and display high levels of leadership traits.
18. Be a high-level performance Manager.
19. Ability to travel and meet customers as required.
