Your Role & Responsibilities
This is more than just a sales role – it's an opportunity to create, lead, and own. We're looking for someone ready to step beyond being "just" a salesperson and build their legacy.
Your Clear Path to Entrepreneurship (A Three-Stage Trajectory to Leadership and Ownership)
* Sales Pioneer: Your first task is to be a direct seller, personally driving sales and establishing the initial market presence for our AFH products in Germany
* Team Builder: Once initial sales targets are met, you will transition to building and structuring a larger sales team for the new branch
* Branch Manager & Shareholder: You will assume full responsibility for the new branch's operations and strategy, with a clear path to becoming a company shareholder

Your Core Strengths Must Include
* Solid experience in AFH product sales

* Excellent German language skills (verbal and written) for effective communication with clients and market stakeholders in Germany
* Fluent English, as it is our internal company working language
