Your tasks
11. CMDB management: Setting up a configuration management database in accordance with the ITIL framework.
12. Product management: Initialization and management of products and their configurations on the basis of orders.
13. Analysis & monitoring: Documentation of IT monitoring and process performance and definition of KPIs.
14. Process optimization: Continuous improvement of the configuration management system and processes.
15. Project management: Independent implementation of specialist tasks and internal projects in the D-LBO context.
Your profile
16. Languages - German (C1) and English (B1)
17. Certification - ITIL Foundation
18. Professional experience - 2 years (after studies) or 5 years (after training) in configuration management,
19. IT skills - ITIL process landscape & database modeling (e.g. SQL) (min. 2 years)
20. Conception - specification and creation of concepts in the area of CM (at least 2 years)
21. Soft skills - ability to work in a team, appropriate manners, good communication skills
22. Security - nationality (mandatory), check with regard to ITAR and list of countries (§ 13 SÜG)
