Your tasks
10. Inventory management and timely processing of all production and shipping orders.
11. Coordination between intralogistics, material control, warehousing, shipping and adjacent departments.
12. Checking shipping orders in the warehouse management system, coordinating external warehouses and processing complaints from production.
13. Clarification of missing parts, inventory discrepancies and system deviations, including the maintenance of SAP master data.
14. Creating purchase requisitions, conducting invoice checks and procuring work and office supplies via SRM.
15. SAP key user activities in projects, leading inventories and driving continuous improvement.
16. Ensuring timely material supply in cooperation with strategic purchasing and suppliers.
Your profile
17. Commercial training or several years of professional experience in scheduling or purchasing.
18. Confident mastery of the various scheduling procedures and parameters.
19. Analytical thinking skills as well as pronounced coordination and organizational talent.
20. Very good SAP/R3 knowledge.
21. Teamwork skills and good communication skills.
22. Fluent German and very good English skills.
