The Head of Quality Management will be responsible for leading and continuously advancing the Group’s quality strategy at both local and international level. The role combines strong people leadership with strategic oversight, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and sustainable quality performance across sites. This position plays a key role in strengthening our global quality management framework, driving audit excellence, and embedding a proactive quality culture throughout the organization. By aligning local execution with global standards, the role ensures that quality is not only maintained, but continuously elevated as a competitive advantage. Your Mission QM Leadership – Lead the Quality Management team at the Reinbek site and ensure compliance with, as well as continuous development of, our quality management system (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher, Halal) Global QM – Implement and optimize the global quality management system across all company sites, including Indonesia, UAE, and Switzerland Audit Management – Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal, customer, and certification audits, deriving effective corrective and preventive actions HACCP & Food Safety – Lead the cross-functional HACCP team and continuously enhance the existing HACCP concept Project Management– Drive cross-site and cross-departmental projects to strengthen quality culture and processes Sustainability – Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and ensure strategic alignment with quality management and corporate objectives.
