Job Requirements 5 years’ experience leading a mobile product design team, ideally within entertainment or gaming Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement Expert proficiency in Figma Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft Nice to Have Background in loyalty or rewards platforms Mobile gaming experience.
