📌 Role Overview
We are looking for a Model Based Software QA Coach with strong hands‑on experience in Model‑Based Development (MBD) for automotive or off‑highway systems. This role combines quality focus, technical delivery, and coaching, enabling teams to improve robustness, testability, and software maturity.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
* Work on model‑based software QA for embedded systems
* Review, validate, and support MATLAB/Simulink models
* Support Embedded C code migration and reverse engineering
* Apply AUTOSAR architectural understanding during reviews and guidance
* Coach engineers via hands‑on mentoring and pair‑programming
* Balance delivery ownership with continuous team capability development
✅ Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent
* 8+ years of experience in automotive or off‑highway embedded software development
* MANDATORY: Strong hands‑on experience with MATLAB & Simulink
* Strong experience in Embedded C
* Experience with code migration and reverse engineering
* Good understanding of AUTOSAR architecture (system/architecture level)
* Strong coaching mindset with focus on quality, execution, and team uplift
