What you´ll do
* Play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting governance processes, and enabling digital transformation across Henkel dx
* Collaborate closely with the dx management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital strategy and IT execution
* Support strategic programs and initiatives aligned with Henkel’s digital agenda
* Manage (strategic) day-to-day demands & initiatives of dx management
* Develop decision proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure success tracking and KPI reporting for dx management
* Facilitate and follow up on key meetings and governance bodies involving Henkel dx
What makes you a good fit
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, business administration or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, IT, or consulting within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Expertise in digital technologies such as AI, Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or SAP is highly valued
* Proven track record in managing projects and driving change in global organizations
* Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and influence across levels
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English; German is a plus
