Role Snapshot — What You’ll Own
* Brand system: Keep visual identity sharp (typography, grid, color, templates) across touchpoints.
* Content design: Create social assets (static + short-form video/motion), newsletter visuals, and campaign KVs.
* Web / e-shop: Design banners, PDP graphics, size charts, and landing pages for Squarespace/Shopify; coordinate tests with MKT.
* Press & sales assets: Build lookbooks, line sheets, press kits, invites; prep export files for media/partners.
* Event visuals: Produce show-day collateral (signage, screens, run-of-show cards) and post-event recaps.
* Asset ops: Maintain a tidy DAM (naming, versions, rights), export specs, and accessibility basics (alt text, contrast).
* Reporting: Weekly design/comms recap with links, file locations, and next actions.
What Success Looks Like
* 30d: Brand + e-shop visual audit; set up a template kit (social/story/reel, newsletter); fix 2 quick visual issues; agree on file naming.
* 60d: Ship 1 mini campaign pack (KV, story/reel, newsletter header, e-shop banner); create 10 reusable templates; produce 1 short video.
* 90d: Deliver a 10–12-slide deck (PDF ≤10 MB) showing a campaign or mini-redesign (goals → results); publish Press Kit v1; run 1 A/B visual (banner or email hero) and report.
* 120–180d (if applicable): Own one event/show visual pack end-to-end; ship Lookbook/Line Sheet v2; hand over a small design system (components + export specs).
Quality bar: brand-consistent, grid-true, typo-free; correct sizes/exports; sensible filenames; licensed assets only. Must-Haves
* Enrolled in Graphic/Visual/Communication Design (BSc/MSc). Portfolio required.
* Adobe CC (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop) and Figma (or similar).
* Basic video editing (Premiere/CapCut) and image retouching.
* macOS (Keynote) + Google Workspace; organized, detail-oriented, on time.
* Fluent English (working level); German is a plus.
* Legal right to intern in Germany (no sponsorship).
Nice-to-Haves
* Squarespace, Meta Business Suite, basic After Effects.
* Photography, color correction; 3D (Blender) a plus.
* German, Polish, or Mandarin.
