Purpose
Enable the development and implementation of a the new Global Product Monitoring Tool (GPMT) System Solution used by global and market teams
Act as a consultant and business partner to all x-functional key stakeholders (e.g. CtC Merchandising, Global BU’s, all Markets, Brand Finance) enabling fact based decision making through guidance and analytics.
Support the development of Value Based Pricing systems & tools
Foster x-functional collaboration of key stakeholders through effective communication and efficient end to end processes.
Enable to improve organizational expertize by providing comprehensive upskilling and learning platforms.
Key Accountabilities
* Closely collaborate with the peers and line-manager to shape the global pricing strategy by providing input for profit and margin maximization.
* In collaboration with key stakeholders (e.g. CtC Merchandising, Global BU’s; Brand Finance, Market CtC, Market Sales, IT) support the go-live and enhancement of GPMT system solution.
* Monitor and report execution of results, identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
* Support the verification of results with comprehensive consumer research and advanced analytics in collaboration with market stakeholders.
* Collaborate with market pricing experts, enable end to end consistency and execution of all initiatives to fully exploit Brand profit potential.
* Supported by Program Management and IT, manage and implement state of the art pricing systems and tools. (especially Value Based Pricing & GPMT)
* Actively contribute to comprehensive learning and education platforms (e.g. Pricing University) to bring pricing expertize into the global organisation.
* Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities
* Expert of pricing methodologies and processes
* Wholesale and/or Retail sales experience an advantage
* Project management
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Advanced skills in MS Office, esp. Excel and Access
* Structured, organised and solution oriented
* Strong presentation and influencing skills
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
* Proven track record of success
* Fluent in English, additional language an advantage
Qualifications
1. University degree in business economics, ideally with Marketing/IT focus or equivalent professional experience
2. Overall business experience: >3 years
3. Retail pricing and segmentation experience beneficial
4. Management experience: an advantage
