* Actively guiding a new development from idea to granted protection
* Preparing and filing patent applications domestically and internationally
* Conducting patent grant procedures before the European and Italian Patent Office
* Supporting involvement in opposition, nullity, and patent infringement proceedings in collaboration with our lawyers
Profil
* Italian at native speaker level
* A successfully completed degree in one of the above-mentioned disciplines
* Interest in patent law issues
* Excellent abstracting ability and very good written and spoken language skills
* Very good English language skills, in speech and writing
* Preferably Italian patent attorney qualification (Consulente in Brevetti)
