Job Description
We are looking for an experienced broker who understands the market and has a proven track record of identifying sales leads right through to establishing long-term client relationships. You will need to be commercially astute and driven by smashing financial targets whilst managing a small team of brokers.
Qualifications
* Demonstrate an expert understanding of the cargo aircraft and chartering process
* Minimum 5+ years experience managing charter bookings from enquiry to completion
* Experienced in managing a team of brokers
* Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
* Experienced building a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisation
* Gain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating
* Working productively in a pressurised environment
* Focusing on clients’ needs and satisfaction
* Make prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks
