We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the strategic expansion, operational excellence, and scalable growth of our Smart Factory initiatives across global industries.
Your role in our team
- You take on the professional and managerial leadership of your team, drive the development of specialist and junior staff through targeted coaching and foster a modern feedback and error culture, while promoting cross-functional collaboration and a shared understanding of leadership, strategy and implementation
- With a focus on efficient workflows, you design and continuously improve processes and define and steer performance frameworks, ensuring transparency on business KPIs and operational milestones
- You develop and scale the Smart Factory business, including growth strategy, business model and pricing, and drive its transfer to adjacent sectors such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverages and consumer goods
- You align internal and external stakeholders within a consistent Smart Factory implementation model, foster a shared vision and identify and manage strategic ecosystem partners
- To strengthen our market position, you represent the Smart Factory initiative at executive level with clients, at industry events and in strategic workshops, acting as a trusted advisor to top management
- You are responsible for leading strategic customer proposals and ensuring the achievement of revenue growth and business KPI targets
Your profile
- You are fluent in spoken and written English
- You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You are willing to travel worldwide on business
- You have proven leadership experience in a managerial role within a production environment, including P&L or budget responsibility
- In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of factory maturity levels and experience managing existing plant structures and transformation under operational pressure
- You have experience in developing and implementing programme management frameworks, including governance, risk management and performance reporting
- You have previously developed and implemented scalable business models or solutions in a B2B environment, including market launch strategies and investment logic
- You bring strong experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in Smart Factory, Operational Excellence and collaboration with technology partners, including make-or-buy decisions, completes your profile
