Directly attached to the Commercial and Customer Support Director, your main role will consist to contractualize and manage contracts to ensure supply chain efficiency in coordination with partner companies

ABOUT THE ROLE
Negotiate the contracts and their amendments
Manage the contract, prepare the deliverables
Manage the commercial activity, analyse, prepare and reply to all customer demand
Participate to the customer satisfaction survey
Coordinate any technical topic with the technical team
Coordinate the partner companies, mainly FG2 to converge on common way forward
Participate to the continuous improvement of the commercial process and participate to the risk management process
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Contract management:
to ensure that MTR is fulfilling its contractual obligations
Manage the Through Life Support (TLS) Contract and its amendments
Manage the contracts relating to the TLS
Prepare and ensure on time delivery of the performance reports
Performance monitoring to remain at the contractual target (KPI)
Participate and lead preparation of the meetings with Customer
Maintain a continuous relationship with Safran Australia in order to prepare and
Harmonize our answer to the customer Airbus Australia.
2. Commercial activity management:
to prepare answer to customer demand
Prepare and coordinate answer to RfQ with the Partner Companies and SafranHE Australia
Negotiate contractual and commercial topics with Customers (ARH – OCCAR) / Contract extension
Support financial department for invoicing
3. Customer satisfaction management
Participate to the customer satisfaction survey if any
Ensure the customer satisfaction by launching the relevant actions (including escalation to the management)
4. Technical coordination
Analyse and coordinate with the MTR Technical team for any technical matter
5. Partner companies’ coordination
Coordination of the Partner Companies to answer to the customer in due time
Escalate to the management when deliverables are at risks
Ensure that (sub)contracts are provided in due time
6. Continuous Improvement
Participate to the process review and ensure the quality of sales process
Report risks and find mitigation with PCs/Safran Australia
REQUIRED PROFILE
Qualification:
Engineer
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience, minimum 1 year of experience on comparable
manager’s tasks
Hard Skills:
