* Lead Worldwide Teams: Oversee four regional Spare Parts Competence Centers and drive global operational excellence.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
* 10+ years’ experience in supply chain or operations management, ideally in spare parts or industrial sectors.
* Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
* Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Experience with process optimization and operational excellence—Waste to Energy industry exposure is a plus.
* Fluency in English required.
