About the Role
This role involves leading our strategic FSI accounts within Adobe DX, managing and inspiring a team of Enterprise AEs, driving revenue growth, and collaborating closely across Adobe's matrix organization to deliver value and uncover new opportunities.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs
* Own Adobe's top FSI industry accounts, driving growth and retention
* Build strong value propositions and uncover new business opportunities
* Collaborate across Solution Sales and DX teams to execute GTM strategy
* Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure world-class account management
* Drive customer adoption, QBRs, and value realization initiatives
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
* 5+ years of experience leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles)
* 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales (software + services a plus)
* A proven track record with CIO/CDO/CMO-level stakeholders in FSI
* Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles
* Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development
* Excellent communication skills in English and German
