Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery services. Address inquiries concerning orders, menu options, delivery tracking, and service policies with accuracy and professionalism. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service delivery. Collaborate with the logistics and culinary teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about food safety regulations and menu updates to provide knowledgeable assistance. Requirements Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the food or hospitality industry, is preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and commitment to customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries.
