Own the full demand and conversion engine across our two brands.We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to take full ownership of demand generation and conversion across our websites — Colourbox and Skyfish.You’ll work directly with the CEO and CBDO/Founder to define our growth strategy, shape the roadmap, and execute on initiatives that fuel global awareness, acquisition, and revenue growth.This role is critical to driving growth across both products, respecting the shared funnel dynamics and maximizing our lead flow and conversion from stock to SaaS.Colourbox is a high-performing stock image platform generating strong ARR and serving as a powerful top-of-funnel engine. Skyfish is our purpose-built SaaS DAM solution that transforms how businesses manage and leverage visual content. Together, these products help organizations unite people and visuals, ensure compliance, and unlock the full value of their media assets.You’ll own the full growth engine across both brands — from traffic acquisition to site conversion and lead nurturing — and play a key role in aligning Colourbox’s high-volume lead flow with Skyfish’s enterprise sales motion.We operate in a global landscape.
