Your Role at Arrow
As a key player in our team, you will:
* Provide pre-sales technical support and empower our sales staff in promoting Managed and Advanced Support services for cybersecurity products.
* Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, acting as a vital link between Arrow's sales and services delivery teams.
* Address routine technical inquiries regarding Managed and Advanced Support services for resellers and Arrow sales representatives.
* Serve as an escalation point for any delivery issues related to our services.
* Manage responsibilities across the EMEA region, with a special focus on select countries.
* Participate in a sales compensation plan, where a portion of your earnings will be tied to specific sales-related goals.
What We’re Looking For
We seek passionate individuals who:
* Have a solid understanding of current security architectures and solutions (e.g., endpoint protection, email security, web/network protection, zero-trust network access).
* Can clearly articulate the benefits and challenges of these solutions to end-users.
* Possess both technical and sales acumen.
* Are self-starters who can work independently with minimal guidance.
* Act as informal resources for colleagues, sharing knowledge and insights.
* Can identify and resolve key issues from partial or conflicting data.
* Take a broad perspective on problems, spotting innovative solutions.
* Have a good command of English; proficiency in German is a plus!
