About the role We're in search of a Commercial Quality Senior Associate (DACH & Nordics) to join the team u2013 where innovation and science converge to make a real-world impact. Based in Heidelberg, you'll contribute to the growth of our trusted product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Your responsibilities Support culture of continuous improvement in quality and compliance activities through proactive communication, partnering and training in DACH and Nordics Commercial Unit Tracking of non-conformities, complaints and CAPA Tracking and trending of KPIs and regular reporting with improvement plans Support deployment of the Global SOPs and manage local QMS Providing training, education and guidance on Quality requirements to the BUs and 3PLs Responsible to self-assess or audit the Reckitt Quality Manual annually in order to ensure compliance and risks. Support in audit planning, audit performance and follow up of actions for internal, external, and third-party audits. Prepare technical agreements and support review.
