Your tasks
10. Full-lifecycle development: You accompany software projects from requirements analysis and design to implementation and maintenance.
11. Embedded Systems: You specify and develop software modules for embedded systems using C/C++.
12. Hardware integration: You perform the hardware/software integration and ensure smooth communication.
13. Quality assurance: You are responsible for the verification and validation as well as the creation and execution of test procedures.
14. Model-based development: You use UML and tools like Rational Rhapsody for modern software design.
15. Network & Bus Systems: You implement communication protocols via TCP/IP, Ethernet and bus systems such as CAN bus or MIL-STD-1553.
16. Real-time systems: You work confidently with real-time operating systems (e.g., VxWorks) and ensure the performance of the applications.
17. Documentation: You create technical documentation and actively participate in software reviews.
Your profile
18. Qualification: Completed studies in computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree).
19. Language skills: Fluent German and English skills.
20. Software expertise: Solid experience in embedded software development with C/C++ as well as in real-time programming.
21. Methodology: Good knowledge of process models, configuration management and software modeling with UML.
22. Tooling: Confident use of requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS) and ideally experience with LabVIEW or Visual Studio.
23. Soft skills: High sense of responsibility, resilience and strong organizational skills.
24. Team player: Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of close collaboration within a team.
25. Security: Willingness to undergo security clearance (Ü2-relevant)
