The Role
The Vice President Sales & Partnerships will establish and lead the company's sales function, driving it toward becoming a market leader in innovative heating solutions. This role is responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market strategy, developing a strong partner network (including energy providers, new energy companies, and prefabricated housing manufacturers), and managing the entire sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy
* Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships
* Drive revenue growth and deliver on sales targets
* Build, lead, and coach the sales team
* Negotiate and structure contracts and partnerships
* Provide direct market feedback to the product team
Candidate Profile
* Several years of experience in sales of technical products (e.g., heat pumps, energy storage solutions)
* Proven success in B2B sales and/or building partner networks
* Start-up mindset: hands-on, solution-oriented, and growth-driven
* Strong passion for renewable energy and innovative business models
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English
