What You will Do:
* Manage day-to-day logistics operations in the warehouse and shipping areas
* Coordinate with transport providers, couriers, and freight partners to ensure timely deliveries
* Supervise inventory levels and support warehouse staff with smooth processes
* Track delivery performance and proactively solve small issues before they become big ones
Work closely with Production and Customer Service to make sure every order runs seamlessly
Preferred Background:
Experience
* Multiple years in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations – ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or manufacturing environment, ideally with Leadership experience
Hard Skills
* Tech-Savvy: You think AI-first and look for smart automation solutions
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations and transport planning
* Experience working with logistics software or WMS/TMS systems
* Ability to monitor KPIs like delivery accuracy, costs, and lead times
* Strong organizational skills to keep multiple processes aligned
