Key Responsibilities:
Based in Frankfurt, the Analyst will have significant responsibilities from day one and become an integral part of the team. Key responsibilities include:
* Preliminary evaluation and underwriting of investment opportunities and financing.
* Preparation of company and asset presentations and transaction documents.
* Oversight of financial models, performing sensitivity analysis and stress testing.
* Assist with aspects of the due diligence, documentation, and structuring processes.
* Responsibility for the preparation of internal investment committee memorandums.
Key Attributes:
* Fluent German speaker and excellent written / verbal English communication skills.
* Interest in real estate and private equity.
* 0-2 years of full-time experience, including relevant internships.
* Strong analytical skills and basic financial modelling and excellent presentation capabilities.
