We are seeking a full time permanent People Partner for growing technology business based in Dortmund, Germany. This exciting opportunity offer the ability to manage a client base of 170 employees. You will be acting as a strategic people partner to the management team and employees for this entity. In this hybrid role, based from the office 3 days per week, you will provide support with your local expertise, advise, coach, and contribute your experience and knowledge in line with the businesses growth ambition to become a true leader in software and payments solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead on negotiations, information, and consultations with our Works Councils.
Drive engagement amongst employees through our quarterly engagement survey and on site initiatives
Built trustful relationships with managers and employees and act as a partner
Supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Implementation of global and central HR measures, policies and processes at local level, taking into account legal, employment contract and personnel requirements
Ensure that HR processes and methodologies are correctly communicated, known and applied.
Deal with disciplinary matters, such as warnings, redundancies and similar matters
Requirements:
~5 years of proven experience as a People Partner or relevant human resources position.
~ Knowledge of local labour laws in Germany and ER experience.
~ Experience of working with a global shared service
~ Experience with HRIS / ATS. Previous experience in Workday is a plus.
~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
~ Comfortable with change and transformation
Salary: €75,000 - €80,000 PA
