Fiber Home is seeking a seasoned Sales professional to drive the expansion of our FTTx turnkey solutions in Germany. This key role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with telecommunications operators, municipal authorities, utility companies, and EPC contractors.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating internal and external resources, and driving commercial negotiations. Strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to provide localization insights for the German market are essential. Fluency in both German and English is required, with a valid driving license preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand FTTx turnkey solutions in the German market.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with telecommunications operators, municipal authorities, utility companies, and EPC contractors.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Coordinate internal and external resources to drive commercial negotiations and project implementation.
* Provide market analysis and sales forecasts to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant experience in sales, budgeting, or procurement within telecom operators or EPC companies.
* Solid understanding of the FTTx market and familiarity with the German telecom, municipal, and utility sectors.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships, coordinate internal and external resources, and lead commercial negotiations.
* Strong communication skills, market awareness, and capability to provide localization insights for the German market.
* Fluency in both German and English.
