Specialist Sales Management Data Analytics & EDI (m/f/d)

As a specialist in sales management, data analytics & EDI (m/f/d), you are key to establishing data-driven decision-making processes and significantly develop our sales activities through targeted analyses and optimized EDI processes.
Your tasks
* Creation of meaningful sales and controlling reports, identification of trends and optimization potential, and derivation of data-based recommendations for action.
* Further development of KPIs and dashboards for measuring sales performance, especially with SAP Analytics Cloud
* Sound data analysis for the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies, as well as the provision of data-driven insights for pricing and volume/sales planning.
* Transparent preparation and visualization of data for decision-makers, as well as support in providing data for operational processes.
* Close collaboration with sales, purchasing, controlling and IT as an interface for data analysis issues
* Independent project management for the implementation and support of EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers.
* Defining requirements, coordinating implementation with internal departments, external partners and IT using project management tools such as Jira
Your profile
* Completed studies in the field of Data Science, Data Analytics or a comparable field, alternatively in the field of Economics
* Professional experience in the areas of Sales Excellence, Market Intelligence, Controlling or Data Analytics
* Practical experience in data extraction and analysis with SAP ERP, and ideally knowledge of data visualization with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
* Experience in project management, preferably in an IT or interface environment, ideally using tools such as Jira
* Knowledge of other visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Python is an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills, a good understanding of business processes in sales, and the ability to communicate complex issues in an understandable way.
* Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
* Self-initiative, a structured and solution-oriented work style, and enjoyment of teamwork.
