As a digital hub for directory brands, we connect people with SMEs, help with the digitalisation of public authorities and companies and try to bring our know-how and new technologies into our own projects and services.
As a Brand & UX Writer, you’ll help us shape how our directory brands sound and feel across product and marketing. Together with the team, you’ll define and scale our brand voice and UX writing system across 3+ brands from product microcopy to content patterns, messaging guidelines, and reusable templates.
Write and refine product copy for web and app experiences (microcopy, flows, empty states, error messages, onboarding etc.)
Create and maintain content patterns & templates that speed up shipping and keep experiences consistent
Participate in research to understand user needs first hand, and turn insights into clearer, more confident experiences
Support key brand moments: landing pages, emails, campaigns, and feature announcements (as needed)
You’ll actively foster a strong content culture, shaping collaborative writing practices across the company
UX Writing & Brand
Several years of experience in UX writing, content design, brand writing, or a similar role in an agile environment
Experience building messaging frameworks, voice & tone guidelines, and reusable content patterns
bonus: experience with localization workflows
Fluent in English and German
