Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) is an international real estate investment manager with expertise in the equity and debt sectors, is a global platform with 330+ employees across 15 offices, and holds assets totalling EUR 26.2 billion as of December 2025. Savills IM offers comprehensive asset and fund management services in the form of individual mandates and fund solutions for a broad spectrum of investors. Our German team consists of 60+ employees working across the Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich offices who manage assets of around EUR 7 billion across 14 European countries on behalf of institutional investors.
Savills Investment Management: Resilience. Monitoring and documentation of assets through the creation and maintenance of asset business plans, as well as the implementation of CAPEX measures
Strategic point of contact for investors and tenants, including the preparation and negotiation of lease contracts, leasing scenarios and profitability analyses, and decision papers and recommendations
Regular reporting and participation in fund management, investor, asset review, and portfolio management committee meetings, as well as contributing to the improvement of property sustainability in line with Savills IM’s sustainability criteria and those of the individual funds
Strong knowledge of the German real estate market, supported by a network of relevant market contacts
Strong analytical and numerical skills, along with a willingness to work in an international, fast-paced organisation and to travel
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
