For our European Head quarters in Frankfurt am Main area (Offenbach) we are looking for an:
HR Generalist – Learning & Performance (m/f/d), 2 years contract
In this role you will be part of our People / Organization team and take ownership of coordinating key HR processes with a focus on Learning & Development and Performance Management. In addition, you will contribute to HR projects as well as to culture initiatives and initiatives, playing an important role in shaping a well-structured and effective People function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and coordinate all Learning & Development activities, including planning, budgeting, implementation and evaluation of internal and digital learning initiatives
* Manage the full performance management cycle, including coordination of performance reviews and calibration sessions
* Plan, coordinate and analyse employee satisfaction surveys, including the definition and follow-up of improvement measures
* Drive and support HR transformation and digitalisation projects (e.g. HR systems, intranet, process digitalisation)
* Support the definition, implementation and embedding of hiring principles, culture and values
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives and culture-related campaigns, initiatives and events
* Act as a trusted partner for leaders on selected people, performance and development topics
* Support recruiting, onboarding and other HR lifecycle activities depending on team needs and priorities
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field
* Up to 7 years of experience in a generalist HR role or a similar position
* Solid understanding of the full employee lifecycle
* Experience in coordinating Learning & Development and/or Performance Management processes
* Experience in HR projects, transformation initiatives or system implementations
* Experience with HR systems; SuccessFactors is an advantage
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken – mandatory)
* Structured, concept-driven working style combined with a hands-on mindset
* Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders
