The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and drivenLeadSolution ArchitectinRecord-to-Report (R2R) area.The Lead Solution Architectisresponsible forthe design,integrityand quality of the SAP solution and of integrated applications delivered to Business.The person in this role will be responsible that the SAP solution/serviceprovidesthe required functionality and meets therequirementof business.Collaborates with and contributes to project set-up and delivery as well as to service operations optimization.The Lead Solution Architect is accountable for managing workstream interdependencies mainly but not restricted to the specific End-to-End Stream.

1. Define the overall SAP technical solution, ensuringcrossmoduleand integrated application alignment.
2. Lead and manage the global R2R solution architect team, guiding design,qualityand consistency.
3. Drive requirements engineering todetermineuse of standard SAP functionality vs. enhancements or workarounds.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders andcrossfunctionalstreams to designoptimized,costefficientSAP solutions aligned with SAP standards.
5. Translate functional designs into detailed specifications, oversee documentation, and ensure training materials aremaintained.
6. Support validation and prioritization of business demands and communicate technical specifications to development teams.
7. Participate in unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution to ensure solution quality and readiness.
8. Stay current with emerging technologies and SAP best practices,providingexpert guidance for new or evolving SAP solutions and processes.
Your background
9. Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Scienceora relatedengineering discipline.
10. 10+ years in IT, including 8+ years in solution architecture with strong S/4Hanafocus and 5+ years on global projects.
11. Strong background in Finance / Controlling area, manufacturing business preferred
12. Minimum 3 years of team leadership experience managing onsite/offshore functional and ABAP teams.
13. Strong ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and build consensus across business units.
14. Demonstrateddecisionmakingskills, innovation mindset, and ability to drive change within virtual, multicultural teams.
15. Handson experience with integration tools such as BizTalk and/or MuleSoft; SAP ABAP and ALE/IDoc knowledge preferred.
16. SAP certifications (S/4Hanaor related solutions) and proven experience implementing SAP best practices in complex transitions (e.g., carveouts).
17. Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; international work experience is a plus.
