Experience & Skills: 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management / Procurement with a strong focus on IT Category Management or Strategic Sourcing. Proven success in designing and implementing complex global category strategies and optimizing procurement processes. Strong track record in leading digital transformation initiatives and scaling innovative technology solutions, ideally including AI deployments beyond pilot stages. Deep knowledge of the IT market, supplier ecosystems and advanced technologies such as AI/Generative AI (LLMs), Cloud, Blockchain, IoT and Cybersecurity. Hands-on experience in procuring advanced technology solutions, negotiating with AI/software vendors and shaping supplier strategies. Experience in leading international, cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across corporate functions. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to transform insights into impactful strategies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to influence at senior levels.
