How you will spend your time as our next Supplier Master Data Administrator:
As our new Supplier Master Data Administrator (internally titled Group Master Data Analyst), you will play a key role in improving and maintaining data quality across our global systems. You will support local teams, lead data-related initiatives, and contribute to the success of our master data strategy.
How you will spend your time as our Supplier Master Data Administrator:
1. Maintain and update supplier master data according to defined guidelines.
2. Execute mass data uploads, ensuring compliance with process and approval protocols.
3. Work with the Group Master Data Manager and local users to improve master data processes.
4. Conduct regular data quality audits and help local markets resolve issues.
5. Support onboarding and training for new users in local markets.
6. Assist in data migration, mapping, and validation during system roll-outs.
7. Train and support end-users on data entry, maintenance, and governance best practices.
What we expect of you:
8. Experience working with master data, data analysis, or analytics.
9. Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Infor M3, SAP, Oracle) or other business platforms (CRM, cloud systems, etc.).
10. Understanding of data migration processes.
11. Experience supporting or implementing global systems in a multinational environment.
12. Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
13. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks.
14. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
15. Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
16. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations
17. A strong command of spoken and written English is a must, and knowledge of German is a plus
