Specialist Inbound (f/m/d)
To support our Inbound team we are searching for a Specialist (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Analysis, documentation, and resolution of clarification cases that may arise during the inbound process
2. Contribution to the continuous improvement of workflows and quality standards
3. Verification of delivery documents and invoices, creation of system-based goods receipts
4. Monitoring, analysis, and escalation of deviations in key performance indicators within the assigned area
5. Communication with internal and external partners (Purchasing, Finance, freight forwarders)
6. Preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of meetings
7. Supervision of smaller support teams
WHAT YOU BRING
8. Solid professional experience in logistics or alternatively a completed apprenticeship or university degree, ideally with a focus on logistics
9. Initial experience in team leadership is a plus
10. Experience in project work is an advantage
11. Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English
12. Assertive and communicative personality with diplomatic skills
13. Independent, structured, and reliable working style with strong organizational abilities
14. Confident handling of tools such as Jira (ticket & task management), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
15. Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shift) and on Saturdays
