Your mission
* Support the deal teams during the entire transaction process for the acquisition of projects and in the due diligence processes for new investments or financing schemes
* Developing and reviewing sophisticated financial models / discounted cash flow valuations / scenario analysis and summarizing results in a clear and effective manner
* Ensure the quality and consistency of complex financial models and financial valuation of investment opportunities
* Responsible for producing the investment recommendation presentations (investment memorandums) for internal investment committees
* Support in preparing non-binding and binding offers
Your profile
* Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields
* Alternatively: Business Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* Experience – 2/3 years with at least 1 year in renewable energy experience with a developer, IPP, lender, (M&A) advisor, and/or utility
* Having done sell-side or buy-side M&A transactions or debt financing
* Familiarity with commercial, financial, loan and equity products
* Experience in financial modelling
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Fluent in German and English (written and oral)
* Preferably residing in Berlin or willing to relocate
