To strengthen our team as soon as possible, we are looking for a Product Manager. Key Responsibilities include:
* Conduct international customer visits to gather insights and define product requirements for the European market.
* Oversee the full product development lifecycle—from initial concept through to mass production.
* Manage the complete lifecycle of Milwaukee Construction and Wet Concrete products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance.
* Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies.
* Coordinate product launches, including production scheduling, product specifications, European warehouse availability, pan-European pricing, and monitoring of local market price positioning.
* Present products to customer groups and at industry events across key EMEA regions.
* Deliver product training and technical support to European distributors and international sales teams.
* Collaborate closely with global development teams to ensure alignment on product direction and improvements.
Your Profile
* Relevant professional experience in product management ideally within the construction industry.
* Good command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Willingness to travel as required by business (approximately 15% of the time).
