We are looking for you as soon possible as:
Head of Procurement & SCM (m/f/d)
* Own the development and execution of the ZMR Group procurement and SCM strategy
* Leading local ZMR procurement and Group supply chain team
* Responsibility for the strategic and operational planning, coordination and optimization of all Group purchasing activities
* Identifying and leveraging savings potential while ensuring product quality and availability
* Optimization of working capital along the entire value chain
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve supply chain efficiency
* Establishing, implementing and further developing the international supply chain setup by creating more efficient E2E processes
* Identify potential risks in procurement and supply chain processes and implement mitigation strategies
* Lead initiatives to establish and implement a sustainable, ESG-compliant supply chain aligned with company values
Your profile:
* A degree in business or technical studies or alternatively a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally in a global function in a medium-sized manufacturing environment in medical technology or Life Science
* Experience in the procurement of electronic components and in project purchasing for equipment
* Proven track record in building resilient, agile, cost-optimized and sustainable supply chains
* High level of assertiveness
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in international settings
* Agility and flexibility
* German and English business fluent
