Job Description: Senior Sales Consultant Trade Services
Job Summary: As a Senior Sales Consultant for Trade Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of cash and/or trade solutions for NBFI customers, as well as significant experience in Transaction Service Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategize and execute effective sales plans to maximize revenue and growth.
2. Build strong relationships with key customers, fostering trust and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
3. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and process optimization.
4. Regularly assess customer development and refine sales processes to achieve desired outcomes.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, promoting high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Trade Services solutions, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Extensive experience in Transaction Service Sales, preferably in the NBFI sector.
* Expert-level knowledge of cash and/or trade solutions for NBFI customers.
* Proven sales and relationship-building skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
* Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by excellent communication skills.
* Fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal.
