What awaits you:
* You advise customers as an expert, especially in critical situations such as incidents, and contribute to complex technical projects involving external partners
* You develop and optimize service solutions for transformers and substations and take on technical leadership in the field of asset management
* You ensure internal knowledge transfer and competence through training and strategic input
* You actively shape portfolio and business model development
* You identify trends at an early stage, particularly in business and regulatory environments, and translate them into strategic decisions
* You represent strategic innovations and new solution approaches to management
* You contribute to the advancement of the department through publications, presentations, and active participation in expert committees
What you bring to the table:
* You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or have a similar qualification
* You have several years of professional experience in energy technology, with a focus on asset management and diagnostic methods
* You communicate complex topics clearly and bring strong process understanding in asset management (ISO 55000 standards)
* You work in a structured, independent, and results-oriented manner and are well connected within the energy supply industry
* You have business-fluent German and English language skills
* You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
